摘要 建立用超高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定辣椒及其制品中罗丹明B残留量的方法。样品中残留的罗丹明B用甲醇/水溶液提取,高速离心后,用超高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定,外标峰面积法定量。罗丹明B在5~500μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,3个水平(5.0、20.0、60.0μg/kg)添加罗丹明B的回收率为80.0%~119.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%~2.64%,检出限为5μg/kg。此方法具有简单、快速、准确等优点,适用于辣椒及其制品中残留罗丹明B的检测。 A ultra-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector method was developed for the determination of rhodamine B residue in Capsicum and Products.The whole determination procedure consisted of extraction with a mixture of methanol and water,cleanup with high speed centrifugal,UPLC-FLD analysis,and quantitation by external standard method.The developed method showed a good linearity over the wide range of 5~500 μg/L.Average recoveries of rhodamine B in spiked samples at three levels varied from 80.0 % to 119.8 %,with relative standard deviations between 1.08 % and 2.64 %.The limit of detection was 5 μg/kg.Therefore,the method,thanks to its simplicity and rapidity,had a good applicability to the determination of rhodamine B residue in Chinese preserved sausages.
