摘要
为进一步开发利用苦荞资源,研究苦荞麦多糖的抗氧化性。通过邻苯三酚自氧化法、水杨酸法比色法分别测定苦荞麦多糖清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)以及羟基自由基(·OH)的效果。结果表明不同浓度的苦荞多糖能显著地清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基,随着苦荞麦多糖浓度的升高其抗氧化性作用逐渐增强。
Aiming at the further exploration of the polysaccharide in Tartary Buckwheat resource,a study the antioxidant action of polysaccharide in Tartary Buckwheat is made.This text passes pyrogallol autoxidation method,the salicylic acid method colorimetry distinguishes to measure the super oxygen in clearance in polysaccharide compound in Tartary Buckwheat anion free radical(O2-·),the result of the hydroxyl radical(·OH).The result expresses the polysaccharide in Tartary Buckwheat compound of the different density can show the super oxygen in a clearance anion free radicals with the free radicals of hydroxyl radical(·OH).Go up along with the polysaccharide in Tartary Buckwheat compound density,its function of anti-oxidation will be strengthen gradually.
