摘要
目的探讨脊柱损伤的X线平片及CT表现,以提高临床诊断治疗水平。方法回顾性分析接受过X线和CT检查,影像学显示有异常的100例脊柱损伤患者资料,其中颈椎损伤10例,胸椎29例,腰椎21例,骶椎3例,胸腰椎混合伤37例。结果根据100例X线平片和CT表现,单椎体骨折25例,多椎体骨折48例,骨折伴脱位24例,单纯关节脱位3例。结论 X线诊断价值在于显示脊柱曲度和滑脱,CT检查对脊柱爆裂性骨折的确诊有重要意义。
Objective To study the image by X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of spinal injury, so as to improve clinical diagnosis and efficiency of the treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of spinal injury by means of X-ray and CT scanning indicated that 10 cases were cervical injury, 29 cases thoracic injury, 21 cases lumbar injury, 3 cases sacrum injury and 37 cases were thoracic injury coupled with lumbar injury. Results Judged from the images of X-ray and CT in the 100 cases, 25 cases were single vertebral fractures, 48 cases were multiple vertebral fractures, 24 cases were fractures coupled with dislocations, and 25 cases were single dislocations. Conclusion The diagnostic value of X-ray was that it could display the flexure and dislocation of spinal column. CT scanning had its great significance in diagnosing burst fracture of spinal column.
