摘要
用石灰和石灰石作再生剂,研究了双碱法烟气脱硫过程中脱硫液的再生及再生液的脱硫量。在实验用间歇操作的搅拌反应器内,用石灰作再生剂时,再生反应在2m in 内即可基本完成;如用石灰石作再生剂,经过170m in 后,反应仍在缓慢进行,但再生30- 40m in 即可满足工程应用对脱硫量的要求。再生液的脱硫量随钠离子浓度和初始pH值(再生时间)的升高而增大。当钠离子浓度大于500m m ol/L、初始pH值大于7 时。
The regeneration processes of spent scrubbing solutions in dual alkali flue gas desulfurization and the SO 2 capacities of regenerated solutions were studied.The results show that in the stirred bath reactor used in the study,the processes regenerated by Ca(OH) 2 is faster than ones by CaCO 3.The former completes in 2 minutes,the later still slow reacts after 170 minutes.But the SO 2 capacity of regenerated solution can generally meet the needs of FGD engineering if regenerating time is 30~40 minutes.The SO 2 capacities increases with the [Na +] and the initial pH of regenerated solutions(or regenerating time).The SO 2 capacities can meet the needs of the engineering applications if the [Na +]>500 mmol/L and pH 0>7.
