摘要
目的了解宁夏栽培金银花、柴胡、秦艽、黄芩、苦豆子的重金属与农药残留。方法采用GC法测定宁夏栽培金银花、柴胡、秦艽、黄芩、苦豆子有机氯农药残留量,原子吸收法测定Pb、Cd、Cu、As、Hg的含量。结果除柴胡检出极微量BHC(0.003 mg/kg)外,其它样品均未检出滴滴涕(总DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)、六六六(总BHC);5种药材中含Pb 0.5-4.3mg/kg,Cd 0.01-0.32mg/kg,Cu 7.6-20.1mg/kg,As 0.19-0.79 mg/kg,Hg 0-0.03 mg/kg。结论宁夏栽培5种中药材的重金属与农药残留量均符合《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》的规定。
Objective To analyze the content of heavy metals and pesticide residue of cultivating lonicera japonica,radix bupleuri chinensis,gentiana macrophylla pall,radix scutellariae baicalensis,sophora alopecuroides l.of Ningxia.Methods The contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,As and Hg were measured by atom absorption spectrophotometry.The contents of organic chlorine pesticide residue were determined by gas chromatography.Results There was no DDT,PCNB and BHC was found in four samples and BHC was only detected in radix bupleuri chinensis,and its content was 3μg/kg.The contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,As,Hg were respectively 0.5-4.3mg/kg,0.01-0.32 mg/kg,7.6-20.1 mg/kg,0.19-0.79 mg/kg and 0-0.03 mg/kg.Conclusion The contents of heavy metals and pesticide residue of five kinds of Chinese crude drug are met with ＂The standard of medicinal plants and their preparation in green industry of external trade＂.
