摘要
目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗手足口病并发脑炎和心肌损害的疗效。方法将164例合并脑炎和心肌损害的手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组(84例)和对照组(80例),两组常规治疗相同,对照组应用辅酶A和维生素C,治疗组在此基础上应用磷酸肌酸钠,对两组患儿的心电图、脑电图和心肌钙蛋白恢复正常率、主要症状和体征恢复时间以及住院天数进行比较。结果治疗组患儿的心电图、脑电图和心肌钙蛋白恢复正常率、主要症状和体征恢复时间以及住院天数与对照组比较,P<0.05差异有显著性。结论 CP治疗手足口病合并脑炎和心肌损害疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective To study the effect of the Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease complicating cerebrovascular hemodynamics and myocardial damage.Methods 164 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease complicating cerebrovascular hemodynamics and myocardial damage were randomly divided into 84 cases of treatment group and 80 cases of control group,the same conventional treatment is in the two groups,the control group received coenzyme A and vitamin C,the treatment group received coenzyme A,vitamin C and Creatine Phosphate Sodium,The rates of electrocardiogram（EKG）,electroencephalogram（EEG） and cardiac troponin I（cTnI） returned to normal,the days of the main symptoms and signs recovery and hospital stay of the two groups were compared and analied.Results the rates of electrocardiogram（EKG）,electroencephalogram（EEG） and cardiac troponin I（cTnI） returned to normal,the days of the main symptoms and signs recovery and hospital stay were significant difference,They are all significant（P0.05）.Conclusion the Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease complicated by encephalitis and myocardial damage has a effective treatment,this medicine is safe and reliable.
