促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的进展 被引量：12

摘要 促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists,GnRH-a)有效的治疗子宫内膜异位症已得到普遍的认可及应用。随着对GnRH-a的作用机制及临床应用方面的不断认识,GnRH-a治疗子宫内膜异位症有了新的进展,随之产生的反加疗法及时减轻了GnRH-a治疗子宫内膜异位症的不良反应,即血管运动综合症及骨质疏松等。
