经济要发展， 人类要生存， 环境要保护， 就要实现可持续发展的战略决策． 要使城市和建筑适应时代的挑战， 就要树立人居环境可持续发展的建筑观， 以指导城区的规划和建筑的创作．
Social ecnomy calls for further development; human beings want to live; our environment needs to be protected. Therefore, a strategic decision must be made to carry out sustainable development. The architectural view of sustainable development ensures the city and architecture to meet the above challenges. Such an architectural view should serve as the guideline for urban design and architectural creation.
