Dynamic observation of iodized salt consumption in the Chengjiang county of Yunnan province,2007-2010

摘要 目的动态监测和分析澂江县居民食用碘盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按东、西、南、北、中5个不同方位抽取5个镇,每个镇随机抽取4个行政村(社区),其中2个行政村(社区)在镇政府所在地及其附近抽取,另外2个行政村在距镇政府5 km以外的村或非碘盐率较高的村抽取。每个行政村(社区)随机抽取15户居民食用盐样,检测盐碘含量。数据处理采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析,率的比较用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2007-2010年澂江县居民户碘盐合格率为90.61%,合格碘盐食用率为85.99%,非碘盐率5.09%。碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率逐年提高,非碘盐率2008年达到峰值后逐年降低,到2010年,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均大于95%,非碘盐率小于5%。碘盐合格率凤麓镇(93.01%)高于海口镇(87.12%)(P<0.05),合格碘盐食用率凤麓镇(92.02%)高于阳宗镇(77.54%)(P<0.01),非碘盐率凤麓镇(1.06%)低于阳宗镇(15.58%)(P<0.01)。结论澂江县居民碘营养水平不断改善,2010年居民户碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率已达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准。 Objective To evaluate iodized salt consumption in Chengjiang county,Yunnan province,and provide scientific basis for the strategies of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to choose 5 towns from east,west,south,north and central areas of Chengjiang county.2 villages(communities) each of town center and remote settings were selected for the study.15 families were randomly chosen from each village for the observation of iodine salt consumption.The iodine concentrations of salt samples were tested.Results 90.61% families had qualified iodized salt at home.The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt was 85.99% and non-iodized salt rate was 5.09% in Chengjiang county from 2007 to 2010.The qualified rate of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt coverage rate were increasing gradually.The percentage of non-iodized salt usage was decreasing after 2008.The rates of iodized salt coverage and qualified iodized salt were above 95% in 2010,while the rate of non-iodized salt was below 5%.The rate of qualified iodized salt in Fenglu town(93.01%) was higher than that in Haikou(87.12%) and Yangzong towns(77.54%)(P0.05).The non-iodized salt rate was the lowest in Fenglu town(1.06%).Conclusion The iodine nutrition of residents has improved in Chengjiang county since 2007.The coverage rates of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt have achieved criteria for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.
