摘要
目的:观察ZK-1注射液对N,N-二甲基亚硝胺诱导大鼠肝纤维化形成的抑制作用。方法:采用N,N-二甲基亚硝胺建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,血生化分析仪检测大鼠肝功能,酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测血清中透明质酸(HA)、转化生长因子β-1(TGFβ-1)含量,测定组织中羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量,并行肝脏组织病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,ZK-1注射液可明显降低大鼠谷草、谷丙转氨酶水平,明显提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量;明显降低血清HA、TGFβ-1含量和肝组织中HYP的水平。组织病理学检查显示,对肝组织纤维化病变有一定程度的改善作用。结论:ZK-1注射液对N,N-二甲基亚硝胺诱导大鼠肝纤维化形成具有一定的抑制作用,其机制可能与抑制TGFβ-1产生有关。
AIM : To investigate the inhibitory action of glutathione compound injection on dimethylnitrosamine-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. METHODS : The hepatic fibrosis model in rats were established by injection of dimethylnitrosamin.The liver function,levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),hepatic hydroxyproline(HYP),transforming growth factor β-1(TGFβ-1) and the pathological change were detected. RESULTS :Compared with model group,glutathione compound injection could markedly improve the liver function,significantly decreased the levels of HA,HYP and TGFβ-1,the pathological changes could also be alleviated. CONCLUSION :Glutathione compound injection has protective effect against hepatic fibrosis,the possible mechanism might be related to decreasing the level of TGFβ-1.
