摘要
研究了用复合纳米TiO_2催化的马来酰亚胺的共聚反应。经差热分析、预聚体的溶解性及凝胶特性测试结果表明:引入单马来酰亚胺与双马来酰亚胺进行共聚,可降低共混物的熔点及提高预聚体的溶解性;使用复合纳米TiO_2作催化剂,能显著降低共聚树脂的固化温度。上述改进将明显改善以马来酰亚胺树脂为基体的复合材料的加工性能。
Maleimide copolymerization catalyzed by nanometer material was studied in this paper. The analytical results of DTA, solubility of prepolymer and gel characteristic indicated that (1) the introduction of maleimide and bis-maleimide into the copolymerization system could lower the melting point of the mixture and raise the solubility of the prepolymer; (2) the usage of composite nanometer TiO2 as catalyst could markedly decrease the curing temperature of the copolymer resin. In addition, the processability of the composite materials with maleimide resin as matrix could be improved apparently.
