摘要
探讨了β晶型聚丙烯在非等温条件下的熔融结晶行为。结果表明:在同样的降温速率下,α晶型聚丙烯的半结晶时间要比β晶型聚丙烯短。降温速率越慢,则β晶型聚丙烯结晶时的温度越高,结晶时间越长,从而形成更多的β晶。在较低的升温速率下,有β—α重结晶过程的存在。因此,β晶型聚丙烯的DSC测试一般选择升、降温速率为10~20℃/min比较合适。β晶型聚丙烯的冲击强度与β晶的数量有关。
The melt crystallization behavior of β crystalline form PP in non - isothermal condition was discussed. Result showed that under the same rate of temperature fall, the half - crystallization time of αcrystalline form PP was shorter than that of β crystalline form PP. The lower the rate of temperature fall is, the higher the crystallization temperature of β crystalline form PP is, and the longer the crystallization time is, so that the more β crystal will form. In low rate of temperature rise, there exists β - α re - crystallization process. Therefore, selecting the rate of temperature rise and fall of 10 - 20 ℃/min is appropriate for DSC test of βcrystalline form PP. The impact strength of β crystalline form PP is related with the quantity of βcrystals.
