摘要
综述了碳纤维表面处理的各种方法及其研究进展况,分析了这些方法的优缺点。分析结果表明:电化学氧化法反应缓和、处理时间短,可与碳纤维生产流水线匹配,而且可以对氧化程度进行精确控制,技术成熟,是目前最具工业化应用价值的方法。
The various methods for carbon fiber surface treatment and their research development situation were reviewed, and advantages and disadvantages of each were analyzed. Result showed that with the features of moderate action and short treatment time, electrochemical oxidation method matched well with carbon fiber production flow, and could realize accurate control of oxidation degree, so the technology was mature and had most value for industrial application.
