摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的铅含量,并优化了试验条件。确定了测定铅的最佳基体改进剂为磷酸二氢铵,灰化温度为700℃、原子化温度为1450℃。该方法的测定范围为0~50μg/L,最低检出限为0.003mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.52%~5.31%,样品加标回收率为95.5%~104.2%,具有良好的线性关系、精密度和准确度,适用于茶叶中铅的检测分析。
The content of Pb in tea was determined after optimizing the pretreatment and instrumental conditions.The optimal modifier was(NH4)H2PO4,ashing and atomization temperature were 700℃ and 1 450℃ respectively.The results showed this method had the linear range of 0~50 μg/L,detecting limit of 0.003 mg/kg,RSD of 2.52%~5.31% and recovery rate of 95.5%~104.2% respectively.In a conclusion,it was an accurate and reproductive method for detecting lead in tea.
