摘要
我国在储罐群完整性评价方面总体上还处于起步阶段,文章对广州分公司储罐群内的20台储罐逐一进行了风险评价、危险源辨识、失效机理分析并进行了风险排序,对较低风险的储罐尽量延长其检验周期或暂不进行检验,对较高风险储罐结合失效机理采用声发射在线检验、底板漏磁扫查等,降低其失效风险,提出科学合理的检验周期,由此建立基于完整性的检验策略(包括检验周期和检验方法),最终实现整个储罐群的完整性评价。大量的统计数据表明,设备的失效风险不是平均分配的,其中约20%的设备承担了大约80%的风险。完整性分析对设备进行风险排序,确定高风险设备,并可根据风险驱动因素提出有针对性的检验策略。
Integrity assessment on storage tank farm in our country is still at its initial stage as a whole.In this article,20 storage tanks within the tank farm are evaluated one by one including risk assessment,hazard source identification, failure mechanism analysis and risk ranking. The inspection period for storage tanks with lower risk can be prolonged as much as possible or inspection can be suspended temporarily; while for those with higher risk,scientific and reasonable inspection period per failure mechanism shall be proposed by adopting measures such as on—line sound emission inspection,flux leakage scanning for bottom plate etc.to lower its failure risk.As a result,inspection strategy per integrity(including inspection period and method) can be established and integrity assessment of the whole storage tank farm can be finally made available.A large number of statistic data shows that the failure mechanism for equipment is not equally distributed,with 20%of equipment bearing 80%of risk.Integrity analysis does risk ranking for equipment to identify high risk equipment and further put forward specific inspection strategy per risk driven factors.
