摘要
高压聚乙烯装置超高压脉冲阀连接螺柱工作不到400个循环便断裂失效。为了校核其所有螺纹连接强度的安全性,对进出口连接螺栓、阀座连接螺纹、密封填料函螺纹进行了受力计算;对螺栓孔在拉力作用下进行了有限元应力分析;对阀体在工况作用下进行了有限元位移分析;还对螺柱材质、螺柱分布及螺柱上紧操作的影响进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓强度不足以及阀体在运行中存在垂直于螺栓轴线的位移是其断裂的主要原因。增大进口法兰螺柱直径是提高螺纹连接强度的较好措施。
The connecting bolts of ultrahigh pressure pulse valve in a high pressure polythene unit were broken after less than four hundred of working cycles.In order to check the strength safety of the threaded connection,load and force have been calculated,including connecting bolts on inlet and outlet,connecting threads of valve attachment,and seal threads for packing box.Finite element stress analysis has been carried out on the connecting bolt hole under pull force.Finite element displacement of valve under operation cases was analyzed.Some related effects to safety such as bolts material,distribution state of bolts and tightening of bolts were also analyzed. The results show that both strength shortage and valve body displacing vertically along its axial line were the main reasons for the breaking of the bolts and enlarging diameter of the inlet bolts was a good treatment to improve the strength of the threaded connection.
