经皮空心钉内固定治疗老年无移位头下型股骨颈骨折30例分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨经皮三根空心钉治疗老年无移位头下型股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法应用经皮植入三根空心钉内固定治疗老年无移位头下型股骨颈新鲜骨折30例。结果本组病例均获随访,时间5-24个月,平均12个月。28例骨折愈合,1例股骨头坏死,1例骨不连。骨折愈合率达93.33%。结论经皮植入三枚空心钉治疗老年无移位头下型股骨颈骨折具有手术创伤小、方法简便、固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少等优点,是治疗老年无移位头下型股骨颈骨折较为理想的方法之一。
