摘要
为实现BAF工艺的高效稳定脱氮,采用了外加碳源的后置反硝化三级BAF工艺(C+N+DN)。研究了水温、污染物负荷、硝化液回流等条件下低碳氮比生活污水的脱氮效果。结果表明,在无硝化液回流的条件下,水温高于23℃时,系统具有高效稳定的脱氮效果,出水NH3-N稳定低于5mg/L;水温低于23℃时,系统出水NH3-N明显升高。当水温为12-23℃时,采取50%硝化液回流并降低负荷后,硝化和反硝化效果明显提高,C柱和N柱对NH3-N和TN的去除率分别提高了19%和22%,最终出水中NH3-N与TN稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准。
An exotic carbon source postposition denitrification three-stage biological aerated filter (BAF) (carbon oxidation stage one, ammonia oxidation stage two, denitrification stage three, C+N+DN) was employed to achieve stable and efficient nitrogen removal in BAF. The denitrifieation effects in low carbon/nitrogen ratio sewerage in the conditions of different temperature, pollutants loading rate and nitrified effluent reflux were studied. The results showed that the system had stable and efficient denitrification effects without nitrified effluent reflux when temperatureS23 ℃, and the effluent ammonia concentration was below 5 mg/L; while if the temperature -23℃, the effluent ammonia concentration would increase apparently. If the temperature was between 12℃ and 23℃, 50% nitrified effluent reflux was adopted and the load was decreased, the nitrification and denitrification effects were improved apparently, the ammonia and TN removal rate of C column and N column was improved by 19% and 22% respectively, and final effluent ammonia and TN concentrations all met the first grade A standard of "discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant" (GB 18918--2002).
