摘要
目的探讨经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法 72例膀胱肿瘤患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,对照组给予传统电切术治疗。结果实验组手术时间,术中出血量,住院时间(P<0.01)和并发症(P<0.05)显著少于对照组,显示其更好的手术效果。结论尿道等离子体双极电切术应用于膀胱肿瘤是安全、有效的,可以显著提高治疗效果,是值得临床考虑的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection used for Bladder neoplasm.Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group were given therapy of transurethral plasma kinetic resection,and control group were given therapy of traditional electrocision.Results The surgical time,blooding during surgery,hospital time（all P0.01） and complications（P0.05） of experimental group was significantly less than that of control group,it showed better surgical effect.Conclusion Transurethral plasma kinetic resection used for Bladder neoplasm,might be safe and effective,and can significantly enhance clinical effect,so it should be a deserved surgical type in clinical work.
