摘要
本文简介了有机硼交联剂 S L O B C2 的合成和物理特性,报导了用 S L O B C2 交联的两种羟丙基瓜尔胶水基压裂液的粘温性和流变特性。用该交联剂交联的羟丙基瓜尔胶压裂液粘度高、摩阻低,用 E B1 微胶囊破胶剂在6 —8小时之内即可迅速破胶,破胶液化彻底。通过四口油井的井例介绍了该交联剂在胜利油田的良好应用效果。
In this paper, the synthesis and technical characteristics of crosslinker for hydrofracturing fluid(HFF), organic borate SL OBC 2, is presented briefly, and the basic performance properties and field uses in 11 wells of HPG/SL OBC 2 HFFs are described. For gelled HFFs, high viscosity at 120℃ and low viscosity loss during shearing in 2 hrs at 120℃ are observed. With encapsulated gel breaker EB 1 the gelled HFFs break down completely in 6-8 hrs at 90℃.
