摘要
用Sm 2O3和Gd2O3共同掺杂CeO2基电解质组分(CeO2)09(Sm 2O3)005(Gd2O3)005随着烧结温度的提高,晶粒持续长大,由1400℃烧结时的2~3μm 长大到1600℃烧结时的10~12μm ,单位尺寸内的晶界数量减少;各温度烧结样品的断口都呈穿晶断裂。CeO2基电解质可以在1400~1450℃烧结并获得较高电导率:800℃时约为7Sm - 1.随着烧结温度的提高,电导率下降,这可能是由于晶间玻璃相的增多造成的。
The grain size of Ceria based electrolyte complex stabilized with Sm 2O 3 and Gd 2O 3 increases continuously from 2~3 μm to 10~12μm with the raise of sintering temperature from 1400℃ to 1600℃.The number of granular interface in unit area decreases,too.The intercrystalline fracteru for samples sintered at different temperature is all obseared.Ceria based electrolyte can be sintered at 1400~1450℃ and its electrical conductivity is as high as 7 S.m -1 at 800℃.The electrical conductivity decreases with the increasing of sintering temperature.It may be ascribed to the increasing of intergranular glass phase.
