摘要
从核电工程项目总承包的角度引入全面风险管理,对核电工程总承包项目进行全面风险管理的组织架构、文化理念等全面风险管理环境的建设进行了探讨,并对全面风险管理流程体系在核电工程项目总承包中的运用进行了分析。
The comprehensive risk management is introduced into nuclear power EPC project.The construction of management environment,such as the structure and cultural ideology,is discussed and the application of the system in nuclear power project is also analyzed.
