摘要
通过对防爆柴油机进、排气防爆系统进行台架试验,分析了TY6121FBZLQ型柴油机加装不同防爆进、排气系统时不同进、排气阻力对柴油机动力性和经济性的影响规律。试验表明,柴油机加装防爆系统后,进、排气阻力增大,带来燃烧恶化,防爆柴油机的性能恶化,阻力越大,性能下降越多。
Through making experiment on the intake and exhaust flameproof system of flameproof diesel,this paper analyzes the influence of different intake and exhaust resistance on diesel engine performance and fuel economy when flameproof intake and exhaust system of the TY6121FBZLQ type diesel engine are different.The test showed： after the diesel adds flameproof system,the intake and exhaust resistance will increase,it may cause combustion deterioration,the performance of flameproof diesel will deteriorate,and the resistance is greater,the performance degradation is more.
