摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例急性胆囊炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用大柴胡汤加味治疗,分别观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.02%,对照组总有效率76.74%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合方法治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效明显优于单用西医治疗。
Objective： To observe the treatment of acute cholecystitis with integrative medicine. Method： 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 patients in the control group treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group were based on the plus big bupleurum decoction, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result： The total effective rate was 93.02%, the efficiency of the control group was 76.74%, There was significant difference （ P 〈0. 05 ） between two groups. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute cholecystitis have better effect than western medicine alone.
