摘要
针对光伏电池输出电压范围宽的特点,提出了一种准两级主电路拓扑的单相光伏并网逆变器方案,并建立了基于Simulink的,包括光伏电池模型在内的光伏发电系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,系统采用的改进变步长扰动观察法,可有效减小最大功率点跟踪时的振荡;无差拍控制保证并网输送的电能质量高;有源频率漂移法能快速、有效地实现孤岛保护。仿真验证了所采用的光伏系统方案的可靠性和先进性,为试验样机开发提供了很好的仿真基础。
Aiming at the characterstic of photovoltaic cells as wide range of output voltage,a single-phase PV grid-connected inverter solution with a new quasi-two-stage circuit topology was proposed.Based on Simulink,the simulation model of the grid-connected photovoltaic system including PV model was established.The simulation re-sults showed that improved perturbation and observation method with variable step could reduce the oscillation effec-tively when during moximum power point traking(MPPT).Deadbeat control method could make can the grid-con-nected photovoltaic system output the high-quality power energy.Active frequency drift method can achieve islan-ding protection rapidly and effectively.The simulation results showed the reliability and advancement of the photo-voltaic system solution,and provided a good simulation foundation for experimental prototype development.
