摘要
目的:通过对去势大鼠血液放射免疫指标的比较,探讨游泳运动与选择性雌激素受体调节剂联合作用对去势大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法:将50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组仅手术不切除卵巢,其余各组去卵巢造模,运动组、药物组及运动+药物组分别在去卵巢的基础上进行游泳训练和(或)灌胃选择性雌激素受体调节剂雷洛昔芬。8周后,比较各组大鼠血液放免指标(雌二醇E2、骨钙素BGP、降钙素CT、雌激素受体ER)的变化。结果与结论:1)去势早期对大鼠进行运动干预可抑制大鼠体质量的快速增加。2)与模型组相比,运动组,药物组,运动+药物组大鼠的除E2外的各项指标都显著优于模型组大鼠(P<0.05),部分特异性指标出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01),雌激素受体活性增强,骨量增加。3)模型组各项指标都与假手术组有显著性差别(P<0.05),骨代谢呈高转换型。说明游泳运动和/或SERMs均可在一定程度上改善各项骨代谢的血液放免指标,延缓骨丢失,抑制高转换型骨代谢率。以SERMs和运动联合作用效果最佳。
Objective:To investigate the combined efforts of swimming exercise and sports and selective estrogen receptor modulators(SERMs) by ria index and estrogen receptor,and probe into a better method which can preventand cure postmenopausal osteoporosis.Method:50 female SD rats were divided randomly into 5 teams.Take the exercise for the sport of swimming,and take Oral drug for the SERMs raloxifene category.The experiment will continue 8 weeks.Measure the ria index.Results:1) The research has successfully established rat transformational the osteoporotic model.2)Removal of the ovary early exercise interventions rats can inhibit the rapid increase weight bone metabolism,improve the blood of index.Conclusions:After 8 weeks,swimming exercise,SERMs taking,swimming exercise and SERMs can enhance the level of estrogen of Ovariectomized rats,improve the bone metabolism of blood indicators to some extent,retard bone loss,inhibit high conversion rate of bone metabolism.
