摘要
利用XRD、吡啶红外原位吸附和N2吸附-脱附等手段对Y-β复合分子筛进行了表征,并考察了Y-β复合分子筛在甲醇脱水合成二甲醚反应中的催化活性。实验结果表明,Y-β复合分子筛的L酸在甲醇脱水生成二甲醚过程中起主要作用。当Y-β复合分子筛中β相对含量为40%时分子筛的活性最强,甲醇转化率最高。同时还考察了反应温度和反应时间对甲醇脱水生成二甲醚反应的影响。
The Y-β composite zeolite was characterized by XRD, Py-IR, N2 adsorption-desorption and so on. The catalytic performance of Y-β composite zeolite for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether was studied. The results show that L acid sites of Y-β composite Zeolite play a key role in the process of methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether Methanol conversion is the highest when relative content of β zeolite in the Y-β composite zeolite is 40%. Effect of temperature and time on methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether was also studied.
