摘要
目的:研究了利用超声波技术提取薄荷中黄酮类化合物优化工艺。方法:采取L16(45)正交优化实验,探讨乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对薄荷总黄酮提取工艺的影响。结果:通过正交实验得出最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,料液比1:40,提取温度40℃、提取时间40min。在该条件下薄荷总黄酮的提取率为2.28%。结论:该方法工艺简单、提取率高、适合工业化生产。
Objective: To study the extraction of flavonoids from Mentha haplocalyx by Ultrasonic radiation.Methods: alcohol concentration,material-liquid rate,time and temperature on the extraction were investigated.The parameters of extraction process were optimized through orthogonal test.Results: the result indicated that the best extraction condition was alcohol concentration 50%,extraction time 40min,extraction temperature 40℃ and material-liquid rate 1:40.Under this condition,the extracted yields of flavonoids was 2.28%.Conclusion: This new technology has the advantages of simple process,lower cost and higher yield,which is fit to industrialize.
