摘要
目的观察推拿疏肝理气手法治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法选择符合乳腺增生诊断标准的典型病例32例,给予疏肝理气推拿手法治疗,每次20 m in,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后使用"乳腺增生效果评价量表"对患者进行治疗前后的疗效评估,比较患者治疗前后症状量化评分的变化,并统计临床总疗效。结果 32例患者中痊愈21例,占65.6%,显效11例,占34.4%。经过推拿疏肝理气法2个疗程的治疗后,与治疗前量化评分进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论推拿疏肝理气法能显著改善乳腺增生患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,具有良好疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on breast hyperplasia treated with Chinese massage manipulation of pacifying liver qi.Methods 34 cases of breast hyperplasia diagnosed typically according to the criteria.Chinese massage manipulation of pacifying liver qi was applied,20min each time.10 treatments made one session.After continuous two sessions of treatment,Evaluation Scale of Breast Hyperplasia Treatment was used to assess the efficacy in patients.The symptom scores were compared before and after treatment.The total clinical effective rate was analyzed statistically.Results Of 32 cases,21 cases（65.6%）were cured and 11 cases（34.4%）remarkably effective.After two sessions of Chinese massage manipulation of pacifying liver qi,the significant statistical difference was presented in the comparison of symptom scores with those before treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Chinese massage manipulation of pacifying liver qi can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of breast hyperplasia,improve life quality and has good efficacy.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
