摘要
通过对我国食用油安全隐患的深入分析,指出我国木本粮油资源开发的必要性与紧迫性,进而通过对山桐子作为木本粮油资源的优势分析(适应性强,产量大,含油率高,油质好,种植不占用耕地,兼具用材、景观和生态价值),阐述了山桐子作为木本粮油资源的巨大潜力,最后对山桐子的规模性开发提出了技术上和政策上的建议。
On basis of analyzing the hidden troubles in the edible oil security in our country,it is pointed out that it is necessary and urgent to exploit woody edible oil resources.An analysis is made of advantages of Idesia polycarpa as a woody edible oil resource and a discussion is made on great potential of Idesia polycarpa as a woody edible oil resource.It has a high output of fruit oil content and high unsaturated fatty acid content.Furthermore,it has values of timber,landscape and ecology without occupying cultivated land.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for exploitation of Idesia polycarpa in policy and technology in this paper.
