摘要
目的观察微血管减压术结合针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。方法选取2007年2月至2008年1月中日友好医院神经外科收治的128例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分为治疗组64例,对照组64例,对照组行针灸治疗,治疗组在针灸治疗基础上再行微血管减压术。所有病例均随访半年。结果治疗组治愈50例,显效6例,总有效率87.5%;对照组治愈15例,显效10例,总有效率39.1%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效显著,值得推广。
Objetive To observe the effection of microvascular decompression joint acupuncture to cure primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 128 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia in neurosurgery department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital during 2007 February to 2008 January were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group including 64 cases,the control group including 64 cases,in the control group and the treatment group were both given acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group plus microvascular decompression method treatment,all cases were followed-up for half a year.Results The treatment group cured 50 cases,6 cases of them effect is remarkable,the total efficiency is 87.5%.The control group cured 15 cases,10 cases of them with marked effect,the total efficiency is 39.1%.The total treatment efficiency of treatment group is significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of microvascular decompression joint acupuncture to cure primary trigeminal neuralgia was effective and worth to clinical promotion.
