摘要
研究了油酸钠、731、苯甲羟肟酸、C7~9羟肟酸等几种代表性捕收剂对褐铁矿、萤石、高岭土、石英等纯矿物的浮选。结果表明:油酸钠是褐铁矿的良好捕收剂,当油酸钠用量为3×10-4mol/L,pH值为6.5~10.5时,褐铁矿可浮性最好。机理研究表明:在试验pH值范围内,油酸钠在褐铁矿表面产生了显著的吸附,表面零电点由pH=8.0左右漂移至pH=3.0左右。在pH=2.0~4.0的范围内,油酸根在褐铁矿表面发生静电吸附,油酸分子在褐铁矿表面以氢键作用为主;当pH=4.0~10.5时,油酸根与褐铁矿表面铁质点间以化学作用为主,红外光谱分析显示其作用产物为油酸铁。
Using representative collectors such as sodium oleate,oxidized paraffin soap(731),benzyl hydroxamic acid and C7~9 hydroxamic acid,flotation tests on pure minerals of limonate,calcite,kaolinite and quartz were carried out.The results show that the sodium oleate is a good collector for limonite flotation,as,with a sodium oleate dosage of 3×10-4 mol/L,limonite shows the best floatability with the pulp pH of 6.5~10.5.Mechanism study shows that sodium oleate can be adsorbed significantly onto limonite within the test pH range,and the PZC of limonite shifts from pH=8.0 to pH=3.0.Electrostatic adsorption between oleate and limonite and hydrogen bonding between oleic molecular and limonite are the major mechanisms in a pH range of 2.0~4.0;while in pH range of 4.0~10.5,chemical reaction between oleate and iron play the dominant role,and the infrared spectroscopic analysis shows that the reaction product of sodium oleate and limonite should be ferrous oleate.
