摘要
建立了电控柴油机喷油器的仿真模型,试验验证了仿真模型的有效性。在此基础上,探讨了电控柴油机喷油器的主要结构参数对喷油器响应特性的影响,提出了提高喷油器响应特性的一些方法,仿真结果为电控柴油机喷油器的优化设计提供理论依据。
Simulation models of electronically-controlled diesel injector were established,the validity of simulation models was verified by experiment data.The influences of main structures of electronically-controlled diesel injector on response characteristic were discussed,some methods improving the response characteristic were advanced,the simulation results supply theory basis for electronically-controlled diesel injector optimization design.
