微生态制剂对哺乳期牦牛肠道微生物数量及日粮营养物质消化率的影响

The Effect of Micro-ecological Agent on the number of Microorganisms from hindgut and digestibility of nutrient substance from ration of Lactation Yak

摘要 根据胎次、泌乳月、产奶量、体重等因素将20头哺乳期牦牛分成试验组和对照组。试验组牦牛饲喂5g/d微生态制剂BLCS,对照组不饲喂。结果表明:饲喂微生态制剂BLCS后牦牛肠道单位重量粪中大肠杆菌数量有明显降低趋势(P<0.01);乳酸杆菌数量组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但比试验组较高。饲喂BLCS的牦牛对日粮CP、DM消化率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),对NDF消化率也有一定改善(P<0.05). The 20 yaks were divided into experimental and control groups,according to foetus rate,galactosis time,milk yield and weight.Yaks of experimental group fed with probiotics BLCS 5g/d;The control group were not fed.The results showed that the number of E.coli in the intestine of yak decreased significantly after feeding probiotics BLCS of(P0.10);Lactobacillus was no significant difference between the groups(P0.05),but higher than the experimental group.CP and DM digestibility of yaks fed with BLCS on the diet were significantly higher than control group(P0.10).NDF digestibility had certain improvement(P=0.05)
