摘要
国内对TQA及其模式开展了形式多样的探讨,取得了一定的成绩,但其研究仍然滞后迟缓,在此方面仍没有突破性的研究成果,梳理和归纳国内TQA研究现状显得尤为必要,以便了解其研究动态和透析今后的发展趋势。目前国内TQA研究存在的问题主要有:核心概念厘定不清;应有的地位未能确立;评价模式可操作性不强等。国内TQA研究的内容首先要逐步完善和解决TQA研究中存在的不足和问题,其次要突出TQA模式的应用性,再者,要宏观和微观模式并举研究,处理好定性与定量的关系。明确TQA研究主体性和客观性也是今后TQA及其模式研究的内容。
In China, TQA and their models have been carried out in different ways and have made some progress. However, there still exist some slowness and even no breakthrough in this field. Therefore, it is very necessary to sort out and sum up the current TQA studies of China, so that the TQA status quo and tendency of TQA studies in China have to be well known inside out. According to the published document analyses, the current main problems include the vague concepts to be clarified, unavailable position and assessment models to be built up, etc. The present TQA studies in China shows that, first of all, existing flaws and problems should be improved and solved; practical assessment models should be highlighted, the macro and micro assessment models should be simultaneously investigated and both qualitative and quantitative relationships should be well handled. In addition, subjectivity and objectivity of TQA and their model studies should be clarified in the future.
