不同条件对Cu^(2+)富集的影响及DGT性能的研究

摘要 为了确定更为合适的薄膜扩散梯度技术的络合条件,通过测定不同条件下(pH、离子强度、温度)Cu2+的扩散系数,讨论了以CMC、PAAS和PSS为结合相的DGT技术在酸度和离子强度、温度方面的性能,结果发现DGT性能比较稳定,只有离子强度对其有显著影响,其它因素对DGT性能影响很小。 In order to determine more appropriate conditions for diffusion gradient in thin-films technique,through the measurements of Cu2+ diffusion coefficient under different conditions(pH,ionic strength,temperature),the paper discussed the performance of DGT in pH and ionic strength,temperature aspects by the CMC,PAAS and PSS for the combination phase,found out the DGT performance was relatively stable,only the ionic strength with significant impact,other factors had little effect on the performance of DGT.
