摘要
主要介绍了β-胡萝卜素的几种生产制备方法,包括化学合成法、微生物发酵法、藻类培养法、基因工程法、植物提取法等,以期为β-胡萝卜素的生产与研究提供依据。
The research process of β-carotene production technology were reviewed in this paper,including chemical synthesis,microorganism fermentation,algae culture method,gene engineering method and plant extraction,so as to provide reference for β-carotene production and study.
