摘要
实验研究了室温(300 K)下的锆钛酸铅(PZT)与镍锌铁氧体(NZFO)环状复合结构磁电耦合效应。在谐振频率附近,环状复合的PZT的磁电容效应比层状结构的高出许多,且出现了负电容。实验引入PZT的等效模型与磁电感ML用于阐明PZT在谐振频率处,负电容产生的机理以及磁电容与磁电感具有互补的特性。
Magnetoelectric effect of the ring structure combination of PZT and NZFO was measured at room temperature(300K).Effect of magnetocapacitance of ring structure PZT is higher than that of the layered structure and negative capacitance is shown at resonance frequency.Equivalent model of PZT and magnetoinductance are introduced in experiment to illustrate the mechanism of negative capacitance generation and complementary properties of magnetocapacitance and magnetoinductance at resonance frequency.
