摘要
凯里学院大胆创新,在旅游与经济发展学院的四个非师范专科专业(旅游管理、酒店管理、金融保险、物业管理)中率先试行了"2+1"人才培养模式。以旅游与酒店管理专业为例,从一年多的试行效果来看,有成绩,也存在亟待完善的地方。但从总的效果来看,是成功的,实现了三赢:为学校寻找到了一条提高就业竞争力的途径、为企业提供了选拔优秀人才的资源库、为学生更好地适应企业搭建了平台。
Kaili University brings forth new ideas in the four non-teachers majors（tourism management,hotel management,finance and insurance,property management） and puts into practice the ＂2＋1＂ talents training mode.This paper takes the Tourism and Hotel Management Major as an example to analyze the success of its implementation.
