摘要
目的评价超声诊断技术在双胎合并胎儿畸形诊断中的价值。方法对本院2005年3月至2010年9月超声诊断双胎合并胎儿畸形的病例进行回顾性分析。结果超声检查双胎妊娠523例,诊断双胎合并胎儿畸形共22例,发生率为4.20%。其中6例为双胎异常,16例为一胎畸形而另一胎正常。结论双胎畸形发生率明显高于单胎妊娠,产前超声检查是诊断双胎合并胎儿畸形的主要方法。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasonography in twin pregnancy complicated with fetal malformation.Methods The type of fetal malformation in twins performed by prenatal ultrasonography was retrospective1y analyzed in our hospital from March 2005 to September 2010.Results A total of 523 twins were examined,22 cases were complicated with fetal malformation（4.20%）.Among these 22 cases,6 twins were both found with fetal malformation,16 twins were abnormal in one baby and normal in the other baby.Conclusion The occurrence rate of fetal abnormality in twin pregnancy was significantly higher than that of single fetus.The prenatal ultrasonography examination is a major method for clinical diagnosis of fetal malformation in twin pregnancy.
