摘要
本文采用动态机械分析仪DMA983测得环氧浇铸体在不同物理老化处理条件下的蠕变曲线,计算出链段活化能,并利用时温等效原理、时温叠加原理和Dakin耐热长寿命预测原理推算出该材料在使用温度40℃时模量随时间的变化曲线,从而预测其寿命。
The creep curves of epoxy casting material in different ageing process were determined by dynamic strain indicator DMA983 and segment activation energy was calculated in this paper. According to equivalent superpostion principle of time-temperature and Dakin principle, the curve of modulus vs. time at 40℃ was calculated, the life period was also forecasted.
