摘要 通过实验研究,分析了牛角芯棒热推弯管成形过程瞬时应力、应变状态及其演化过程,阐明了弯管成形时的受力、变形特点, 揭示了弯管成形过程所遵循的力学原理及其分析求解方法;为牛角芯棒热推弯管成形理论研究奠定了基础。 By experimental study,the mechanical principle abided by the forming process of heated pushing elbow of ox horn core bar and its solving method were revealed by studying its temporal state of stress and strain and their evolution process,which lay the foundation for studying the forming theory of heated pushing elbows.
