介绍了A企业点检定修制的设备管理现状和存在问题。通过点检定修制的基本理论,采取四项措施,构建具有竞争力的设备管理体系。使设备维修费用逐年下降,故障率得以有效控制,设备管理效率得到提升。
The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in equipment management based on routine inspection and periodical maintenance system at Enterprise A. Four measures are taken on the principle of basic theory of the said system to establish an equipment management system with competitiveness. Equipment repair expenses drop each year. Fault ratio is well under control and equipment management efficiency raised.
