在健美操运动中,操化动作的力度感具有特殊的意义,究竟什么样的力量才能展现出健美操动作的力度感,它又是怎样产生和传递的呢?本文从生理学的角度对其影响因素进行分析,旨在为健美操力度训练提供参考。
In aerobics sports,the strength of movement pattern feeling is of special significance,so how can the movements show their strength,and how do they occur and deliver? This paper analyses their influence factors from a physiology angle,it aims at giving some reference to the aerobics strength training.
