即刻负载微种植体在甲亢大鼠模型中支抗稳定性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨即刻负载微种植体在甲亢大鼠模型中的可行性及支抗稳定性。方法:采用优甲乐灌胃28d建立甲亢大鼠模型。建模后,分别于甲亢组和对照组大鼠左侧胫骨植入微种植体2枚,并即刻持续负载100g水平拉力30d。负载始末,测量微种植体之间的距离,拍X线片。镜下观察带微种植体的骨组织磨片。结果:两组大鼠微种植体无松动,无X线阴影。甲亢组微种植体支抗位移大于对照组(P<0.05),但甲亢组种植体骨结合率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:微种植体支抗即刻负载在甲亢大鼠模型中是可行的;甲状腺激素升高时微种植体支抗降低。 Objective:To study the feasibility and stability of micro-implant instantly loaded in hyperthyroid rats.Methods:The hyperthyroid rats model was administration for 28 days with euthyrox.Two micro-implants were implanted in the rats' left tibia,and loaded 100g sustained instantly horizontal pulling force for 30 days.From start to finish,measurement of the distance between the micro-implants,and X-ray films were made.The bones with micro-implant were grinded and examined under the microscope.Results:All rats showed no micro-implant loosening and no X-ray shadow.The mobile space in hyperthyroid group was larger than that of the control group(P0.05),but the implant osseointegration rate in hyperthyroid group was higher than that of control ones(P0.01).Conclusion:The micro-implant instantly loaded in hyperthyroid rats was feasible.With the thyroid hormone level increasing the anchorage ablility of micro-implant declined.
