摘要
节能发电调度要求制定安全、节能、环保及经济的调度方式,为此利用多Agent系统理论构建了节能发电调度计划多Agent制定系统,确定了系统结构、硬件配置方式及通信机制,该系统中各Agent之间交互协作,共同制定优质调度指令。该系统已应用于广西电力调度通信中心,次日调度计划制定实例验证了该系统的可行性,其制定计划在煤耗及耗时方面均比传统方式具有较大优势,可为实施节能发电调度提供参考。
It is necessary to draw up secure, energy-saving, environment-friendly and economic dispatching mode for energy-saving generation dispatching. For this purpose, based on the theory of multi-Agent system a multi-Agent system to draw up energy-saving generation dispatching schedule is built, and the architecture, hardware Configuration and communication mechanism for this system are determined. In the built system the high-quality dispatching schedulings are drawn up by interactive coordination of all Agents together. This system is applied in Guanxi power dispatching and communication center and the feasibility of the proposed system is verified by practical examples of drawing up the-day-after dispatching scheduling. In the aspects of coal consumption and generation efficiency of the scheduling the proposed system is much better than traditional methods.
