摘要
目的：研究苯璜酸氨氯地平与非洛地平治疗中重度高血压病的临床疗效.方法：回顾性分析我院116例患者,按就医先后顺序随机分为络活喜组58例）和波依定组（58例）两组,均为每日清晨服药5mg/次,共8周.结果：用药24h后,络活喜治疗前后动态血压及心率变化要明显小于波依定,而其降压谷峰值和谷/峰比值也大于波依定结论：络活喜与波依定具有同等的显著降低血压和夜间平均血压作用,而络活喜降低白昼、24 h平均血压的作用优于波依定,因而是更具优点的长效降压制剂,值得临床优先选用.
