摘要
目的：了解院前急救护士的工作压力及压力产生的原因,帮助院前急救护士正确认识压力的存在,并设法减轻其工作压力,进一步提高护士的护理质量,维护护士的身心健康.方法：采用问卷调查的方法,对院前急救护士的工作压力进行研究分析.结果：院前急救护士最主要的压力源是临床护理以及工作方面的问题,其次分别为：频繁地更换班次,工资待遇低,晋升困难,社会地位低,深造机会少,对工作中差错事故的担心,工作量大等.结论：院前急救护士工作压力比较大,建议各级管理者充分认识到院前急救护士的工作现状,并针对各种压力源采取积极应对措施,切实缓解护士的压力.
Objective：Understood in front of the courtyard administers first aid the reason which nurse＇s working pressure and the pressure produce, helps in front of the courtyard to administer first aid the nurse to understand correctly the pressure the existence, and tries to reduce its working pressure,further improves nurse＇s nursing quality, maintains nurse＇s physical and moral integrity. Methods：Uses the questionnaire survey the method, administers first aid nurse＇s working pressure to the courtyard in front of to car- ry on the research analysis. Results： In front of the courtyard administers first aid the nurse most main pressure source is clinical nursing as well as the work aspect question,next respectively is：Replaces the school grade order frequently, the wages treatment is low,the promotion difficulty,the social position is low, pursues advanced studies the opportunity to he few,to work in mistake acci- dent worry,work load big and so on. Conclusion： In front of the courtyard administers first aid the nurse working pressure quite to be big, suggested all levels of superintendents realized fully administers first aid nurse＇s work present situation to the courtyard in front of, and aims at each pressure source to adopt positively should to the measure,alleviates nurse＇s pressure practically.
