紫杉醇和奥曲肽联合对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响

摘要 目的:探讨紫杉醇和奥曲肽联合对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响.方法:取人胃癌SGC-7901细胞,在体外培养后,将其制成单细胞悬浮液,分成五个组,分别加入紫杉醇、奥曲肽、紫杉醇和奥曲肽的混合液为实验组,五氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)为阳性对照组,不含药物的为阴性对照组,以MTT法比色测定紫杉醇、奥曲肽、紫杉醇和奥曲肽混合液、5-FU对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的生长抑制率,用SPSS18.0统计软件包统计,对各凋亡率采用X2检验的统计学分析.结果:在各个药物的血药峰值浓度下,紫杉醇和奥曲肽混合液分别与紫杉醇、奥曲肽、五氟尿嘧啶的凋亡率X2检验的统计学分析后,有统计学差异(P〈0.05);紫杉醇、奥曲肽分别与五氟尿嘧啶的凋亡率做X2检验有统计学差异(P〈0.05);紫杉醇、奥曲肽X2检验后无统计学差异(P〉0.05).结论:奥曲肽和紫杉醇在体外能分别有效地抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖,两者联合对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的控制率明显优于単药的控制率,其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有协同作用. Methods:Takes the human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cell,after in vitro raise,makes it the single cell suspending liquid, divides into five groups, respectively joins the taxus mellowly, Austria Qu Tai,the taxus mellow Austria Qu Tai intermixture is the experimental group, five fluorine uracils (5-FU) are the masculine control group,including the medicine is not the negative control group,by MTT law colorimetric estimation taxus mellow, Austria Qu Tai, taxus mellow Austria tune peptide intermixture, 5- FU to human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cell growth suppression rate, counts the software package statistics with SPSS18.0, to each perishes weakly rate uses X2 the examination statistics analysis. Results: In under each medicine blood medicine peak value density, the taxus mellow Austria tune peptide intermixture after the taxus mellow, Austria Qu Tai, five fluorine uracils weakly perishes separately rate X examination statistics analysis, has statistics difference (P〈0.05) ;The taxus mellow,Austria Qu Tai weakly perishes separately with five fluorine uracils rate makes X2 the examination to have statistics difference (P〈0.05);After taxus mellow, Austria tune peptide X examination non-statistics difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion:Austria Qu Tai and the taxus can distinguish mellowly in vitro to suppress the human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cell effectively the multiplication, both jointly obviously surpass 单 the medicine inverse amplification factor to the human stomach cancer SGC-7901 cell multiplication inverse amplification factor, its induction tumor cell perishes weakly has the synergism.
