摘要
职业教育校企合作中需要处理企业文化和职业院校文化的关系,两者源自社会发展过程中企业和学校的分化与发展。企业文化和院校文化之间存在冲突、互补、渗透和融合四种关系,两者之间的冲突妨碍了学生、教师以及职业教育的发展。校企合作需要整体设计,从观念、制度和行为多层面综合推进两种文化的有机融合。
The cooperation of schools and enterprises in vocational education must deal with enterprise culture and school culture.They both develop from the division of labour.There are four kinds of relationship between enterprise culture and school culture,those are conflict,complementation,penetration and amalgamation.The conflict hinders the development of teacher,student and vocational education.The cooperation of schools and enterprises must be designed entirely,given impetus to organic amalgamation synthetically based on the idea,institution and behavior.
